I'm James Donnelly, co-founder of Pomp & Co., an Irish men's grooming brand exporting to 10+ countries, and the operator of a 125-year-old barbershop group in Ireland. I've built a product brand from scratch — manufacturing, compliance, logistics, international distribution — and run a multi-site barbershop business at the same time.
