If you change your mind about an accessory item, such as washbag, clothing or other non-cosmetic items you’ve bought in the last 30 days, return it in its packaging, and we will refund you, excluding delivery charges. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged. We are only able to offer a replacement or refund on items in stock. We do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges on sale items or gift vouchers. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
For reasons of hygiene, cosmetic products or products containing alcohol, can not be returned, refunded or exchanged unless damaged. Notification of which must be given to us via email at email@example.com within 24 hours of delivery.
YOUR RIGHTS IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH A PRODUCT
In addition to the rights described above (and per your rights under the Irish Consumer Rights Acts), if the goods you receive are damaged or faulty, or not what you originally ordered, we will be happy to exchange the items or offer you a refund.
Please notify us as soon as possible by emailing our Customer Services Team at firstname.lastname@example.org To ensure prompt resolution, please provide the order number and keep the box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(if applicable). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Depending on your order value, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and will not accept liability for missing returns.
